Islamabad Limestone

Limestone rocks are sedimentary rocks that contain a high percentage of lime within their structure. The primary mineral in these rocks is calcite and the reason for the high concentration of lime is due to their formation at low temperatures. Islamabad Limestone is one of the most well-known and oldest stones, characterized by a bright and creamy white color theme.

This stone has few ratings and typically categorized as super, premium, or first-class. The sorting of these stones is based on their color and uniformity. In lower-quality stones, halos and streaks may be present, often in a floral pattern.

These stones are referred to as Tramite in the market, although Tramite stones have a more resistant structure.
